男性一般人群艾滋病防治知信行调查

目的了解男性一般人群艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为状况,为开展艾滋病防治宣传教育和高危行为干预提供依据。方法随机抽取机关、企事业单位和大专院校男性、年龄在15～65岁人员为调查对象。在知情、同意的情况下,由被调查者自行填写调查问卷,并当场收回。结果男性一般人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率为70.5%;50%以上的艾滋病防治知识来自电视和报刊等。1.2%的被调查者与男性发生过性行为。在发生过男男性行为的被调查者中(19人),最近6个月与男性发生过性行为的占47.4%,发生肛交时经常使用安全套的占77.8%。在发生过男男性行为的被调查者中,吸过毒的占31.6%;在吸过毒的被调查者中,最近6个月注射过毒品的占66.7%;最近一次注射毒品时,与别人共用注射器的占50.0%。在与男性发生性行为的被调查者中,最近一年出现过性病相关症状的占31.6%;出现性病相关症状到性病专科门诊和综合医院就诊的分别占16.7%,到私人诊所就诊的和不做任何处理的分别占33.3%。结论男性一般人群尽管掌握了一定的艾滋病防治相关知识,也接受过相关的预防服务,但男男性行为人群普遍存在着性伴多、安全套使用率低等高危行为,因此应加强对男性人群艾滋病防治宣传教育,积极开展对男男性行为人群的行为干预工作。

Survey on AIDS-related information among the male population

Objective To understand AIDS-related knowledge,attitudes and behaviors among the male population,and to provide basis for propaganda and high-risk behavior intervention.Methods Males aged from 15 to 65 were randomly selected from government units and colleges.Anonymous questionnaire survey was done on the spot among participants with informed consent.Results The awareness rate of AIDS-related prevention knowledge in the male population was 70.5%.Over 50% of AIDS prevention knowledge came from television and newspapers.1.2% of the respondents had had sex with men.Among the men who had sex with men（MSM）（19 people）,47.4% had had sex with men in the last six months;77.8% used condoms frequently during anal intercourse.Among MSM（19 people）,31.6% used drugs;and among these drug users,66.7% injected drugs in the last six months,and 50.0% shared syringes with others during the recent injected drug use.Among MSM（19 people）,31.6% had had the symptoms related to sexual transmitted disease（STD） in the last year.16.7 % of the MSM who had STD-related symptoms went to special clinic,16.7% went to integrated hospital,33.3% went to private clinics,and 33.3% did not receive any treatment.Conclusion Although the male population grasped some AIDS-related knowledge,and received preventive services,the MSM population had many high-risk behaviors,such as excessive sexual partners,and low condom use rate.So AIDS prevention and control education to male population and behavior interventions to MSM should be strengthened.
