广东省15～69岁公民救护知识与技能现状调查

目的了解广东省15~69岁公民救护知识与技能现状。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取调查对象,采用中国健康教育中心编制的《2008中国公民健康素养调查问卷》进行调查,对其中与救护知识和技能相关部分进行分析。结果广东省15~69岁公民救护知识与技能平均知晓率为38.13%,除"知道医疗救助电话"和"正确抢救触电者"两项救护知识和技能知晓率高于60%外,其余知晓率均低于40%。不同性别、年龄、文化程度和收入水平人群救护知识平均知晓率差异有统计学意义(P0.05),男性高于女性,知晓率随文化程度升高和收入水平增加而上升,不同年龄公民救护知识知晓率:20岁~年龄组最高,并随年龄升高而逐渐降低。结论广东省15~69岁公民救护知识与技能知晓率低,需要大力开展救护知识与技能健康教育以提高公民救护能力。

Survey on the first aid knowledge and skills among citizens aged 15-69 year in Guangdong

Objective To know the status of first aid knowledge and skills of citizens aged from 15 to 69 in Guangdong Province.Methods The multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling was used to choose the respondents,and the ＂2008 Chinese citizen health literacy questionnaire＂ which was developed by the Chinese Center for Health Education was used to investigate first aid knowledge and skills.Results The Guangdong citizens＇ first aid knowledge and skills average awareness rate was 38.13%.Awareness rates of two pieces of knowledge and skills about ＂Know the first aid telephone number and how to help the electricity attacked patients＂ were higher than 60%,but awareness rates for the rest items were lower than 40%.There were statistical differences in sex,age,education and income（P〈0.05）,and the average awareness rate of men was higher than women.The awareness reduced with increasing age,and increased with the cultural level and income levels increasing.Conclusion The awareness rate of first aid knowledge and skills of citizens in Guangdong Province was low.In order to enhance the rescue capacity of citizens,we need to implement health education activities in emergency.
