重庆市“农转非”社区居民健康相关知识和行为调查

目的了解重庆市农转非社区居民健康知识和相关行为状况,为在该类社区开展健康教育和健康促进提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取重庆市18个社区1003人作为调查对象。结果农转非居民的平均健康知识知晓率为34.75%。甲肝的传播途径、乙肝的传播途径和接种卡介苗预防什么疾病知识知晓率较低,分别为13.58%、8.95%和4.94%。调查对象健康行为形成率在30.56%~85.91%之间,女性的健康行为形成率大多高于男性,而不良行为形成率全部低于男性。生病时,61.93%的人自己买点药吃。健康知识主要来自电视、广播(79.12%)。结论重庆市农转非居民健康知识知晓率和相关行为形成率较低,需要对社区居民进行广泛健康知识宣传,普及基本健康相关知识,促进健康行为形成的工作任重道远。

Status of health knowledge and behavior of the rural-urban fringe residents in Chongqing City

Objective To understand the health knowledge and behavior of the rural-urban fringe residents in Chongqing City,providing the evidence for health education and heath promotion in rural-urban fringe areas.Methods By using the multi-stage sampling method,1003 residents in eighteen communities in Chongqing were recruited.Results The average rate of health knowledge was 34.75%.Among them,the knowledge rates of transmission route of hepatitis A,hepatitis B and BCG vaccination prevention disease were 13.58%,8.95% and 4.94% respectively.The formation rates of healthy behaviors were between 30.56% and 85.91%,females,higher than males,61.93% of the people bought drugs by themselves when they got sick.People got information from TV and broadcast（79.12%）.Conclusion The awareness rate about the fundamental health knowledge and behaviors among rural-urban fringe residents in Chongqing was low.It was arduous to popularize the fundamental healthy knowledge and healthy behaviors.
