上海市嘉定区居民健康知识和行为现况及其影响因素调查

目的了解上海市嘉定区居民健康知识知晓和健康行为形成现况及其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取了上海市嘉定区2593名15岁以上的城乡居民进行问卷调查。结果嘉定区居民总体健康知识知晓率和行为形成率分别为78.9%和72.2%。其中健康知识知晓和健康行为形成高分组分别为2946人(82.0%)和2315人(64.4%)。Logistic回归分析中,年龄、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况、月收入和城乡对居民健康知识知晓水平的影响有统计学意义(P0.05);性别、年龄和文化程对居民健康行为形成水平的影响有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论嘉定区居民健康知识和行为水平总体上有待进一步提高,年龄、文化程度等是健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率的影响因素。

Status of health knowledge and health-related behaviors among residents in Jiading District of Shanghai City and its influencing factors

Objective To understand the status of health knowledge and health-related behaviors of residents and its influencing factors in Jiading District of Shanghai City.Methods A total of 2593 residents were selected with multi-stage random sampling to undergo a survey in Jiading District of Shanghai City. Results The awareness rate of health knowledge and the forming rate of health behavior among residents in Jiading District were 78.9% and 72.2%,respectively.The number of high score groups about health knowledge and health behavior were 2946（82.0%）and 2315（64.4%）.In Logistic regression,the rate of health knowledge related to age,education degree,occupation,marriage,average income and location（P0.05）.Gender,age and education degree had association with health behavior formation（P0.05）.Conclusion As a whole,the awareness rate of health knowledge and the forming rate of health-related behaviors in Jiading District need to be enhanced.A variety of factors including age and education degree have effects on health knowledge and health behavior of the residents.
