96例高血压病患者血液流变学改变与微循环变化观察

目的研究96例高血病患者血液流变学改变与微循环变化,旨在探讨二者关系。方法血液流变学检测6项血液流变学指标;微循环观察采用徐州医用光学议器厂生产的WX-753型微循环显微镜,观察微循环8项指标。结果血液流变学改变为红细胞压积、全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞电泳时间、血沉、纤维蛋白原与对照组比较均有显著性差别(P<0.001);微循环改变为管袢长度变长、数目减少,管袢轮廓模糊率,异常形态率增高,血液流速减慢,袢顶瘀血程度、红细胞聚集程度加重,管袢排列紊乱,经t测验,X2检验均有显著性差别(P<0.01-0.001)。结论甲襞微循环与血液流变学指标在高血压病患者中均有改变,且二者相互影响,互为因果,通过测定二者指标变化,对临床指导用药,疗效观察有重要意义。

Observe the Change of Hemorheology and microcirculation in 96cases of Hypertension

Objective To observe the change of hemorheology and microeirculation in 96 cases of hypertension,the aim is to research the relauon between Of them.Method Hemorheology fire analyzed Six indexes for hemorheology aremensurated;microcirculation are observed by WX-753 microeireulafion microscope which is made in Xu Zhou factory of medical optical instruments.Eight indexes for mierocirculatiom are observed.Result There was obviously difference companng with contrast(P<0.001) in packed cell volume,whole blood ratio of viscosity,Plasma ratio of viscosity,erythrocyte electrophoresis,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,fibrinogen for the change of hemorheology;It was testified by "t' analysis and X analysis that there was obviously difference between two group for microeirculation It expressed in;the length of capillary ansa became longer,the amount of it became less,the ratio of illegible figure and abnormal form heightened,velocity of blood flow becames lower,the degree of gore and hemagglutination of ansa top aggravated.Conclusion The indexes of nail cockle microcirculation and hemorheology both change in patients of hypertension,and besides they interact each other are causal.They play nnportant significance by analyzing the change of items for clinical medication and obseriving curative effect.
