改良的大鼠同种异体全胰十二指肠移植

有报导的大鼠同种异体胰腺移植的术式有多种，经多年的探讨现多倾向于行全胰十二指肠移植。本文对ＳｕｎＬｅｅ报导的术式进行改良，主要有：简化供休的手术步骤，将移植物置于受体的左侧腹腔（ＳｕｎＬｅｅ术式移植物于受体的右侧腹腔），供体十二指肠与受体近端空肠吻合（ＳｕｎＬｃｅ术式为供体十二指肠与受体十二指肠吻合），于关腹前切除供体脾脏（ＳｕｎＬｅｅ术式在移植物切取过程即行脾切除），通过改良有效地防止或减少了肠进并发症及秽植陡胰腺炎。

THE IMPROVED RAT ALLOGRAFT PANCREA TICODUODENAL TRANSPLANTATION

Various kinds of pancreas transplantation models in rats have beenreported and the pancreaticoduodenal transplantation is probably the most preferable.In this study,the pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in rats by Sun Lee wais improved by simplifying the procedures of harvesting the organs from the donors The graft was placed on the left abdominal side of the rat rather than on theright.The duodenum from the donor was anastomosed and-to-side to the upper jejunum rather than to the duodenum of the recipient rat.The spleen of the donor was removed just before closing the abdomen rather than being removed at the same time when the graft swas taken in the recipient operation.It was concluded that the improved procedur could help prevent the complications in the intestines and pancreatitis of the transplanted pancreas.
