| 摘 要： | 采用伊曲康唑针剂静滴治疗左蝶窦曲霉感染患者1例。剂量为前2天静滴伊曲康唑250mg/次,2次/d,以后为250mg/d共12d,总疗程14d。治疗期间患者无明显不良反应。疗程结束后CT显示病灶无明显变化,半年后CT显示病灶明显缩小。提示伊曲康唑针剂针对侵袭性曲霉感染有良好疗效。

| Abstract: | One patient with left sphenoid sinusal aspergillosis was treated successfully with intravenous itraconazole.The dosage of intravenous itraconazole was 500mg/d for 2 days,and 250mg/d for the rest 12 days.CT showed that the diseased region had been obviously minified after 6 months.No obvious adverse effect was observed.It is suggested that intrayenous itraconazole might be one of the effective therapies for invasive aspergillosis. |
