补骨脂注射液治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效观察

目的观察补骨脂治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法对照组口服克银丸、维生素E,外用丁酸氢化可的松霜,治疗组在对照组基础上,加用补骨脂注射液,1个月后判定疗效。结果治疗组治疗前后的PASI评分分别为12.12±2.61,2.87±0.92,对照组为13.00±2.54,5.67±1.01,两组治疗前后评分差异有显著性(P均<0.001);治疗组有效率为66.67%,对照组为40.00%,两组有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论补骨脂治疗银屑病安全、有效。

Clinical Observation of Psoralen in the Treatment of Psoriasis

Objective To observe the efficacy of psoralen in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A randomized,parallel comparative clinical observation was performed in 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris.They were divided into two groups.The control group of 30 cases was treated with Ke Yin pill,vitamin E as well as hydrocortisone butyrate ointment,and besides the drugs of the control group,the experimental group of 30 cases was added with psoralen injection.Results The PASI grades of the experimental group were 12.12±2.61 before the treatment and 2.87±0.92 after the treatment(P<0.001),and 13.00±2.54/ 5.67± 1.01(P<0.001) in the control group,respectively.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 66.67% and 40.00% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups' total effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective and safety for psoralen injection in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
