| 摘 要： | 目的观察降纤酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效并探讨个体化的治疗方案。方法 65例下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者随机分为对照组31例。观察组34例．对照组与观察组均予阿司匹林、低分子肝素等常规治疗。观察组加用降纤酶10U 0．9％生理盐水100mL静滴。每日一次,根据凝血六项指标调整个体化剂量,以14d为1个疗程进行疗效比较。结果观察组总有效率88．2％,对照组74．2％,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0．05)。结论应用降纤酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效显著、副作用小,且剂量应个体化。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the Defibrase therapy effect and find personal dosage for deep venous thrombosis(DVT). Methods The Defibrase therapy effect on DVT was tested in a randomised study in patients with DVT. 65 patients with DVT were randomised to combine the Defibrase group (n=34), or the control group (n=31). The treatment lasted for 2 weeks. Results The rate of cure was 88.2% in the Defibrase group,compared to 74.2% in the control group. There were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The Defibrase personal therapy is an effect and safe method for DVT. |
