KU80蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中表达的临床意义

目的探讨KU80蛋白在非小细胞肺癌预后及其治疗效果中表达的临床意义。方法采用MaxvisionTM免疫组化法检测88例非小细胞肺癌的KU80阳性表达率的情况。结果 88例非小细胞肺癌KU80蛋白阳性表达率为54.5%,其阳性表达率与肿瘤的大小、淋巴结转移和治疗效果密切相关,其中肿瘤直径大于2cm组与小于2cm组的KU80阳性表达率结果差别具有非常显著性意义,有淋巴结转移组与无转移组KU80阳性表达率结果差别具有非常显著性意义,进展组、缓解组与稳定组KU80阳性表达率结果差别具有显著性意义;与病理分型和TNM分期无关。结论 KU80蛋白水平能预测非小细胞肺癌预后及其治疗效果,可临床指导个体化治疗。

The Clinical Significance of Ku80 Protein Expression in The Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the expression of KU80 protein in the tissues from patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The expression of KU80 protein was detected by the MaxvisionTM immunohistochemistry in the tissues from 88 cases with non-small cell lung cancer.Results The expression rate of KU80 was significantly different in the patients with tumors larger or smaller than 2 cm,with or without node metastasis,with responded,stable or progressed disease;whereas the expression of KU80 was not correlated with the TNM stage and pathological types.Conclusion KU80 protein expression is a valuable prognostic factor in non-small cell lung cancer.
