| 摘 要： | 目的观察腋皱襞小切口双蒂皮片法治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法综合各手术方法结合腋窝的解剖特点，采用腋皱襞小切口双蒂皮片法治疗腋臭31例．随访23例。结果术后及随访结果表明疗效满意，切口瘢痕细小似腋皱襞。结论腋皱襞小切口双蒂皮片法治疗腋臭操作简单，安全可靠，是治疗腋臭的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of method of whole skin in armpit crimple with small incision for treatment of hircismus.Methods According to the anatomic characteristics of the armpit skin and large sweat gland,31 cases with hircismus with way of whole skin in armpit crimple with small incision,following-up 23 cases.Results Post-operative and following-up result demonstrated no one case of hircismus relapse,more fine scar.Conclusion The method of whole skin in armpit crimple with small incision for treatment of hircismus has advantage of simplicity and safe. |
