| 摘 要： | 山茱萸醇提取物对大鼠正常血糖无影响。以7g/kg剂量对四氧嘧啶性和肾上腺素性糖尿病模型大鼠灌服7天,可明显降低其高血糖(P值分别小于0.05和0.01);还可明显抑制ADP诱导的糖尿病大鼠血小板聚集的增加和血液粘度的升高。但对血脂无明显影响。

| Abstract: | our experiments showed that the ethanol extract of cornus officinalis could lower blood glucose in the diabetic rats of alloxan and adrenaline but no effect on blood glucose in normal rats, at the same time, it could decrease remarkably viscosity of blood and platelet aggregation induced by ADP in the diabetic rats of alloxan.
The ethanol extract of cornus officinalis could increase liver glycogen of diabetic rats after the administration of the daug po for 7 days, but it could not lower blood TG aad TC. |
