| 摘 要： | 采用固相放射免疫分析法在２４例胃癌和１２例结直肠癌患者的肿瘤组织抽提液中测定糖链抗原ＣＡ１９－９含量。结果显示癌组织中ＣＡ１９－９的平均水平显著高于正常组织（Ｐ＜０．０１）；３６例肿瘤患者有３１例（８６％）癌组织中的ＣＡ１９－９含量明显高于对应的正常组织；瘤体较大的癌组织中ＣＡ１９－９水平与瘤体小的相比差别具有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＣＡ１９－９水平与淋巴结转移状况和组织学类型无相关性，提示胃肠肿瘤细胞合成ＣＡ１９－９增加，该指标对判断胃肠恶性组织可能具有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | Carbohydrate antigen 19 9 (CA19 9) in tissue extracts of gastric and colorectal cancer were measured by radioimmunometric assay. The mean concentration of CA 19 9 was found to be significantly higher in resection tissue samples of gastric and colorectal cancer than the normal parent tissues (P<0.01); 31 cases (86%) of 36 patients with cancer had higher CA 19 9 levels than their normal parent tissues. There was a statistically difference of CA 19 9 levels between patients with larger tumors and those with smaller tumors (P<0.01). However; CA19 9 levels showed no correlation with the lymph node involvment and the histologic type. The authors conclude that CA 19 9 may be a valuable tumor marker in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors. |
