子痫前期患者血浆晚期氧化蛋白产物水平的测定及意义

检测子痫前期患者与正常妊娠妇女血浆晚期氧化蛋白产物(advanced oxidation protein products,AOPP)的表达水平,探讨AOPP与子痫前期发病的相关性及其作用机制。方法选取行剖宫产分娩的子痫前期患者26例(子痫前期组,其中轻度子痫前期患者10例、重度子痫前期患者16例)及正常孕妇20例作为对照组。采用分光光度计法检测子痫前期患者与正常妊娠妇女血浆AOPP的表达。结果轻度和重度子痫前期患者血浆AOPP表达水平较对照组均明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度子痫前期患者血浆AOPP水平与轻度子痫前期患者相比差异无统计学意义(P=0.671)。结论血浆AOPP水平增高是子痫前期的重要病理变化,可能参与子痫前期的发生及发展过程。

Plasma Levels of Advanced Oxidation Protein Products in Preeclampsia and Their Significance

Objective To detect the plasma levels of advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP) in preeclampsia and normal pregnancy,and to explore the action mechanism of AOPP and its correlation with preeclampsia.Methods Maternal plasma levels of AOPP were measured by spectrophotometric assay in 26 patients with preeclampsia(10 patients with mild preeclampsia and 16 patients with severe preeclampsia) and 20 normal pregnant women.Results Compared with normal pregnant women,plasma levels of AOPP of significantly increased in patients with preeclampsia(P<0.05).But there were no significant differences between patients with mild preeclampsia and patients with severe preeclampsia(P=0.671).Conclusion Suggesting that the increased AOPP levels are important pathological change in preeclampsia and AOPP expression may promote the initiation and development of preeclampsia.
