呋喃西林膀胱冲洗对留置导尿管拔管后排尿的效果观察

探讨呋喃西林膀胱冲洗用于留置导尿管拔管后排尿的效果。方法将120例行手术治疗且术前留置导尿管的患者按随机数字表法分为2组,每组60例。对照组在术后拔出留置导尿管前,先将膀胱内尿液自留置导尿管排空,随后立即将留置导尿管拔出;试验组在术后拔出留置导尿管前患者有尿意时,先将0.02%呋喃西林溶液200～300mL以液平面高出床沿60cm处滴入膀胱,然后滴注完毕不再从留置导尿管放尿,立即将留置导尿管拔出。观察2组患者术前留置导尿管拔出后疗效情况。结果试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(100.0%vs85.0%,P<0.05)。结论对术前留置导尿管的患者,在留置导尿管拔管前行呋喃西林膀胱冲洗,患者排尿通畅,并可有效地预防拔管后尿潴留的发生。

Effect of Bladder Irrigation with Nitrofurazone on Urination after Removal of Indwelling Urinary Catheters

Objective To investigate the effect of bladder irrigation with nitrofurazone on the urination after the removal of indwelling urinary catheters.Methods A total of 120 patients in operations treated of managed with preoperative indwelling urinary catheters were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group postoperative was extubated after bladder emptying with indwelling catheters.The experiment group postoperative was extubated after bladder instillation with 0.02% nitrofurazone solution(200-300 mL) at fluid height of 60 cm above the edge of the bed.The urination efficacy observed after the removal of indwelling urinary catheters in both groups.Results The total effective rate in experiment group was significantly higher than that in control group(100.0% vs 85.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Bladder irrigation with nitrofurazone can lead to smooth voiding and effective prevention of urinary retention after the removal of indwelling urinary catheters.
