氯沙坦钾/氢氯噻嗪和依那普利治疗高血压病的疗效比较

目的 :比较氯沙坦钾 /氢氯噻嗪和依那普利治疗高血压病的疗效和安全性。方法 :66例高血压病患者随机分成二组 :氯沙坦钾 /氢氯噻嗪组和依那普利组 ,疗程 2 4周 ,观察治疗前后血压的变化。结果 :两药均能显著降低血压 ,氯沙坦钾 /氢氯噻嗪有效率为 90 .9% ,依那普利有效率为 81 .8% ,两者无显著差异。氯沙坦钾 /氢氯噻嗪的收缩压和舒张压的降压谷 /峰比值均大于依那普利。结论 :对高血压病 ,氯沙坦钾 /氢氯噻嗪是一种有效、安全且易耐受的降压药 ,每日 1次能维持 2 4 h降压效应。

Comparison of Losartan Potassium/Hydrochlorothiazide and Enalapril in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of Losartan Potassium/Hydrochlorothiazide and enalapril in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Sixty six cases with essential hypertension were divided randomly into two groups:Losartan Potassium/Hydrochlorothiazide and enalapril. Treatment lasted for 24 weeks. Parameters of blood pressure were measured before and after treatment. Results Blood pressure were significantly reduced in both groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in responder rates between Losartan Potassium/Hydrochlorothiazide treated patients (90.9 %) and patients taking enalapril (81.8 %). The trough to peak ratios of systolic and diastolic blood pressures of Losartan Potassium/Hydrochlorothiazide were greater than that of enalapril. Conclusion Losartan Potassium/Hydrochlorothiazide once daily is effective, safe and well tolerated in hypertensive patients.
