| 摘 要： | 目的:为临床药学实践提供一种药学监护模式。方法:以具体的抗癫痫治疗为例,介绍临床药师协助医师制订治疗方案,对癫痫患者及其家属进行用药教育、药物咨询、评估治疗结果。结果与结论:通过实施药学监护,可明显提高患者的用药依从性,确保临床用药安全、有效和经济。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To provide a pharmaceutical care model for the practice of clinical pharmacy. METHODS Taking the treatment of epileptic cases as example, the pharmaceutical care methods such as pharmacists＇ involvement in assisting doctors to establish the treatment plan, carrying out medication education among epileptic patients and their family members, drug use consultation and evaluation of therapeutic results etc were introduced. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The practice of pharmaceutical care can markedly improve the drug use compliance of patients and ensure safe, effective and economic use of drugs in epilepsy patients. |
