| 摘 要： | 近年来全球结核病趋势日趋严重,控制结核病传染和治愈结核病患者仍是当前一项艰巨而复杂的任务。结核病患者的用药依从性问题,不仅关系到结核病患者个人治愈问题,还涉及到人类能否有效控制结核病的大局问题。从依从性的重要性、影响因素及改善患者服药依从性的措施3方面进行综述,为更好地落实现代结核病控制策略提供依据。

| Abstract: | Currently,TB has become one of more and more serious global problems.The controll of TB epdemic and the treatment are still a hard and complicated task.The problem of compliance for TB patients is not only relatd to the effectiveness of treatment,but also related to the controll of the epidemic.This paper reviewed the three aspects including importance of adherence to the anti-TB treatment,influence factors and improvement measures of compliance to provide evidences to implement TB control strategy. |
