| 摘 要： | 本文报告15例经CT扫描后手术治疗的原发性醛固酮增多症。对照腹膜后充气造影、超声显象、CT三种影象诊断,以CT的准确率最高,为选择恰当的治疗方案和合适的手术切口提供了依据,从而减少术中失血和手术并发症。作者认为,CT 扫描结合临床及生化检查,是诊断本病最可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Fifteen patients with primary aldosteronism who underwent operative treatment after adrenal C T scanning are reported. The imaging diagnoses of adrenal tumors by the retroperitoneal pneumography, gray scale ultrasonography and C T scanning were compared. Diagnostic accuracy of C T scanning was the best of all. Thus, by using C T as a preoperative examination, a better operative plan could be made. The volume of blood lose and complication of surgery were reduced. The C T scans, together with other diagnostic procedures, provide useful information in diagnosing aldosterone-producing adenomas. |
