| 摘 要： | 目的 提高自发性食管破裂一期修补成功率 ,探讨修补后各覆盖组织的优劣。方法 1970年～1994年对 13例自发性食管破裂行一期修补 ,10例修补后以带蒂大网膜覆盖 ,其余 3例用带蒂胸膜瓣覆盖。结果 用带蒂大网膜覆盖的 10例术后均 期治愈 ,3例用胸膜瓣者中 2例分别于术后 5天、8天再次裂开 ,并因全身衰竭死亡。本组死亡 2例 ,其余 11例随访 2年健在。结论 带蒂大网膜是食管破裂修补后理想可靠的覆盖组织 ,它可有效提高修补的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of various covering tissues for improving the cure rate of spontaneous rupture of esophagus.Methods From1970 to1994,13cases with spontaneous rupture of esophagus were perform ed primary repair,among them,10 cases were covered by pedicled greater om entum after impair,and the other3cases were covered by pedicled pleural flap.Results Satisfactory result and complete recovery were obtained in all10 cases by using pedicled greater om entum.Two cases am ong3cases using pedicled pleural flap suffered re- rupture of esophagus at5 days and8days after operation,and died because of whole body exhaustion. Conclusion Pedicled greater omentum is a good covering tissue for repair of spontaneous rupture of esophagus. |
