| 摘 要： | 为提高本科护生的临床毕业实习效果,实施自我授课。该方法对传统授课模式进行了改革,更加注重护生综合能力的培养,激发了护生学习的积极性,拓宽了知识面,使其主动学习、沟通交流等多方面能力得以锻炼与提高,收到了满意的教学效果。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the outcome of clinical practice among undergraduate nursing students,we reformed the traditional teaching method and practiced self-teaching method,which focused on the training of students' comprehensive abilities,motivated students' learning enthusiasm,broadened their knowledge scope,and enhanced their abilities of initiative learning and communication skills,which achieved favorable teaching outcome. |
