| 摘 要： | 1994年1月～1998年8月石狮口岸对20540名入出境人员进行梅毒血清学监测,结果显示梅毒抗体阳性者95例,检出率0.46%,且5年检出率显著上升;男性检出率为0.57%,女性检出率为0.36%,两者差异显著;并对其年龄、性别、文化水平、传染途径及临床症状进行了分析讨论.

| Abstract: | The article accounts for the results about the syphilis serology of 20 540 passengers who were exiting and entering Shishi from Jan. 1994 to Aug. 1998. 95 passengers with positive reaction of syphilis were found and the positive rate was 0.46%. There was a significant difference among annually positive rates from 1994 to 1998. Male sufferers took 0.57%, female 0.36%, existing maked divergence (P<0.01) between the two rates. Also, the age, sex, cultural background, route of transmission and clinical picture of syphilis patients are discussed. |
