CA125测定对卵巢癌的诊断及预后的临床价值

目的 :研究血清中 CA 12 5对卵巢癌诊断及预后的临床意义。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA) ,测定 12 4例各种妇科疾病治疗前后的血清 CA12 5 ,其中包括 19例经病理确诊的卵巢癌患者 ,2 4例子宫肌瘤 ,2 9例卵巢良性畸胎瘤及 4 2例其他妇科疾病 ,以 CA12 5 >35 ku/L判断为阳性。结果 :卵巢癌阳性率为 94 .7% (18/19) ,子宫肌瘤、卵巢良性畸胎瘤及其他妇科疾病的阳性率分别为 17.6 % (6 /34)、2 4 .1% (7/2 9)和 14 .3% (6 /42 )。 19例卵巢癌患者经化疗或手术治疗后有 15例 CA12 5 <35 ku/L,其余良性妇科疾病经治疗虽然有不同程度的降低 ,但降低的幅度不大。结论 :提示血清 CA12 5测定对卵巢癌的诊断、治疗评价及预后有较高的价值。

Clinical Evaluation of Serum CA125 on Early Diagnosis and Prognosis of the Patient''''s with Ovarian Canaer

Objective To study the clinical significance of serum CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods The levels of CA125 in serum of 124 patients with gynecologic diseases before and after trea tment were examined by method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results with the positive standard of serum level of CA125>35 ku/L,the positive rates of ovarian cancer,hysteromyoma,benign teratoma and other benign gynecologic diseases were 94.7 %(18/19)、17.6 %(6/34)、24.1 %(7/29)and 14.3 %(6/42)respeetively.of the l9 ovarian cancer patients studied,serum level of CA125 in 15 cases decreased Significantly(<35 ku/L)after chemical and surgical therapy.Conclusion Serum CAl25 is useful in the diagnosis and estimation of treatment and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
