| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高龄糖尿病腹腔镜胆袭切除术有效的护理措施。方法对230例高龄糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料进行分析。术前评估病情，针对不同的精神状态，给予心理护理，控制糖尿病患者的血糖在正常范围。结果230例高龄糖尿病患者中，10例中转开腹，无1例死亡。结论术前正确的病情评估及术后精心全面的观察与护理，尽早处理出现的异常情况，能为高龄糖尿病患者的手术效果提供最大的安全保障。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effective nursing measures on Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for elder diabetic patients. Methods The clinical data of 230 elder diabetic patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were reviewed and analyzed. Results Among 230 cases, 10 cases had been changed to take celiotomy, and the others were taken this kind of operation with no fatality. Conclusion Correct evaluation of pre - operative condition, careful post -operative nursing, precise observation and early treatment of abnormal conditions will guarantee the surgical effect in elder diabetic patients. |
