| 摘 要： | 他汀类药拥有独立于降脂外的多项心血管保护作用。最近的几个研究表明 ,他汀促进内皮祖细胞 (EPCs)的动员、存活、迁移和分化 ,抑制EPCs衰老并促进其增殖 ,上调EPCs整合素的表达引导其黏附 ,从而促进血管新生 ,修复损伤内膜。本文回顾了内皮祖细胞研究概况 ,详细综述了国外关于他汀与内皮祖细胞研究的新进展。

| Abstract: | Statins possess an additional cardiovascular protective activity independent of cholesterol reduction.Recent datas show that statins promotes the survival,migration and differentiation of endothelial progenitor cells,reduce senescence and increase the proliferation of EPCs,induce adhesiveness of cultured human EPCs by upregulation of the integrin subunits of human EPCs,thus promote angionesis,accelerates re-endothelialization after carotid balloon injury.This paper reviews the available data on this field. |
