肺心病急性加重期患者1,25-(OH)2D3改变及其原因的研究

目的探讨肺心病急性加重期1,25-(0H)2D3改变及其改变的原因.方法测定了48例患者血1,25-(OH)2D3、25-(OH)D3、甲状旁腺素(PTH)和血钙磷镁(SCa、SP、SMg).结果与对照组相比,病人组l,25-(OH)2D3、25-(OH)D3、PTH、SCa和SMg显著降低(P均＜0.01).25-(OH)D3低于均值组的1,25-(OH)2D3值显著低于25-(OH)D3高于均值组者(P＜0.05);PTH低于均值组的1,25-(OH)2D3值显著低于PTH高于均值组者(P＜0.01).结论肺心病急性加重期时1,25-(OH)2D3显著降低;25-(OH)D3和PTH的降低是1,25-(OH)2D3降低的原因.应予该病患者适量补充药物性维生素D.

Study on change of serum 1,25-(OH)2D3 and on the reasons of that in patients with advanced cor pulmonale

Objective: To study the change of serum 1,25-(OH) 2D 3 and the reasons for the change of serum 1,25-(OH) 2D 3 in patients with advanced cor pulmonale.Methods:The serum 1,25-(OH) 2D 3, 25-(OH)D 3,parathormone(PTH) and the serum calcium,phosphorus and magnesium(Sca, SP, SMg)were measured in 48 cases with the disease. Results: Compared with the control group,the serum 1,25-(OH) 2D 3,25-(OH)D 3,PTH and the SCa,SMg were lower significantly( P <0.01),SP was not significantly lower. In the patient group,the 1,25-(OH) 2D 3 of those whose 25-(OH) D 3 and PTH were lower than their separate mean values was decreased significantly( P <0.05, P <0.01),compared with the 1,25-(OH) 2D 3 of those whose 25-(OH) D 3 and PTH were higher than their separate mean values despectively.Conclusions: 1,25-(OH) 2D 3 were decreased obviously in the patients. Descreased 25-(OH) D 3 and PTH were the reasons of the decreased 1,25-(OH) 2D 3. It was necessary for the patients to be supplied with VitD 3 properly.
