| 摘 要： | 分析《推拿学》课程改革的现状及存在问题，并针对以往按学科体系来编排课程与教学的现状，提出应按照行动体系的要求来编制“基于工作过程”导向的《推拿学》课程。这种将实践作为课程中心属性的教学观念，有利于学生自主学习能力和实践能力的培养，并且能够发挥教师的专业知识和人文精神，也可增加课堂教学的趣味性，对深化中医临床实践课程改革具有一定的探索意义。
