感染旋毛虫大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的动态观察

摘    要:[目的]观察感染旋毛虫大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的动态变化。[方法]采用免疫组化的方法分别检测感染旋毛虫后7、14、21、28、35、60 d大鼠外周血CD3 、CD4 、CD8 T淋巴细胞的百分率。[结果]在6个时相, 实验组大鼠感染旋毛虫后CD3 T细胞数量虽均低于对照组,但仍在正常范围内,其差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),CD4 T细胞减少,CD8 T细胞增多,CD4 /CD8 细胞比值下降(P<0.05),以感染后第14天最明显, 直到感染后60 d仍未见恢复。[结论]感染旋毛虫的大鼠出现免疫抑制现象,感染急性期的免疫抑制程度最高, 感染大鼠的免疫抑制主要发生在成虫产新生蚴及新生蚴移行期。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the dynamic changes of T lymphocyte subgroups in the rat infected with Trichinella spiralis. [Methods] The percentage of CD3 >CD4 and CD8 T cells were examined by immunohistochemical method on7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 60 days after rat infected with Trichinella spiralis.[Results] The CD3 cells had no change in all six time intervals. In experimental group, CD4 T cell decreased, meanwhile CD8 T Cell increased, the ratio of CD4 /CD8 cells also decreased (P<0.05), and was most prominant on the 14th day as compared with the control group and was still lower than that of control groups on 60 th day after infection.[Conclusion] The immune function of rat infected with Trichinella spiralis was inhibited, and the degree of immune inhibition was the highest in the phase of larva production and larva migration.
