一种高血压性脑出血动物模型的建立及评价

摘    要:目的 :建立一种更接近人类高血压性脑出血临床发病的动物模型。方法 :在采用双肾双夹法复制的易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠模型的基础上 ,运用胶原酶加肝素脑内注射诱发脑出血 ,建立高血压性脑出血大鼠模型 ,并对其血压、神经行为学、脑系数、脑含水量及脑组织病理学等指标进行观测。结果 :模型大鼠存在着血压升高、神经缺损体征明显、脑系数与脑组织含水量显著增加 ,脑组织形态结构异常等方面的病理变化。结论 :在易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠模型的基础上建立的高血压性脑出血模型是一种稳定、可靠、重复性好、更能反映临床脑出血病理生理过程的较为理想的实验性脑出血模型

Abstract:Objective:To establish an animal model of hypertensiv e intracerebral hemorrhage similar to human Methods: On the base of stroke pron e renovascular h ypertensive rats model made by fixing clips on both renal arteries, the hyperten sive cerebral hemorrhage rat model was induced by injecting collagenase and hepa rin into the brain The hypertension, nerve missing sign, brain modulus, brain c ontaining water quantity and pathologic change in brain tissue of the model rats were observed Results:There were raised hypertension, signific ant nerve missi ng sign, increased brain modulus and brain containing water quantity and obvious pathologic change in model rats Conclusion:The hypertensive c erebral hemorrha ge rat model on the base of stroke prone renovascular hypertensive rats is a pro per model fo r intracerebral hemorrhage experiment with the advantages of stability, reliabil ity, reproducibility and similarity to the pathophysiology of intracerebral he morrhage in human
