摘    要:目的 探讨团体教育干预对康复期精神分裂症患者负性情绪的影响.方法 将112例康复期精神分裂症患者随机均分为观察组和对照组,各56例,两组均给予适量的抗精神病药物治疗及一般健康教育,仅对观察组进行以自我管理为核心的团体教育干预.两组患者出院1年末采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行效果评定.结果 出院1年末观察组患者SDS、SAS及SCL-90各因子分值与干预前比较均明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与对照组各量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 团体教育干预能明显提高精神分裂症患者的自我疾病管理能力,能改善患者的负性情绪,提高其心理健康水平,是促进精神分裂症患者康复的有效途径.
