沙眼衣原体和支原体混合感染的临床分析（附624例分析）

目的：探讨厦门地区女性生殖系感染者沙眼衣原体（CT）、解脲支原体（UU）与人型支原体（MH）的感染情况，方法：应用CT抗原快速免疫测定法和培养法对624例妇科就诊患者及98例健康体检者的宫颈分泌物标本进行检测，并对混合感染的情况进行分析。结果：妇科624例病人CT感染阳性率为16．3％（102／624），UU51．6％（322／624），MH18．1％（113／624），两种或两种以上病原体累积混合感染率为20．4％（128／624）。98例健康体检者CT感染阳性率为2．1％（2／98），UU24．5％（24／98）MH8．2％（8／98），混合感染率为7．2％（7／98）。结论：CT、UU和MH是妇生殖系感染的主要病原体之一，三种病原体可以混合感染，临床医生应重视多种病原体的同时检测并在治疗中注意混合感染的情况。

Study on mixed Infection of Chla mydia Trachomatis and Mycoplasma

Objective To research the frequency in women of genital tract infections with CT(Chlamydia Trachomati s,CT),UU(Ureaplasma Urealytium,UU) and M H (Mycoplasma Hominis,MH) in Xiamen distra ct.Methods Cervical specimens ta ken from the 624 outpatients of gynecolo gy and 98 healthy women were detected by c c rapid assay and culture,the mixed i nfection of two or more agents was analy zed.Results The results showed t hat the positive rates of CT,UU and MH f rom 624 patients were 16 3%,51 6%,18 1%, respectively,the percentage of mixed inf ection for two or more agents was 20 4%, and the positive rates from 98 healthy w omen were 2 1%,24 5%,8 2%,respectively,t he percentage of mixed infection was 7 2 %.Conclusion CT,UU and MH were o ne of the major pathogens in women genit al tract infection,there were mixed infe ctions in these three agents,doctors sho uld pay more attention to the pathogens detected in the same time and mixed infe ctions in treatment clinically.
