层级管理在护理管理中的运用

目的探讨层级管理在临床实践中的应用效果。方法选取该院于2012年1月—2013年12月实施护理分层级管理模式科室的所有护理人员为研究对象,实施层级管理模式,比较实施前后不良情况发生次数及护理质量评定。结果实施层级护理管理后较实施前不良反应发生次数明显减少;护理质量评定均明显提高,比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论实施层级护理管理有助于充分利用现有护理人力资源,在完成护理任务的同时保证护理安全,减少护理缺陷,提升护理服务满意度及护理质量,进而达到最佳护理管理目标。

The application of hierarchical management in nursing management

Objective Explore the application of hierarchical management in clinical practice. Methods All the nursing staff from the hospital in 2012 January to 2013 December, the implementation of nursing grading management mode of department as the research object.Apply nurse management mode, compare frequency of unfavorable cases before and after the implementation of hierarchical management and nursing quality assessment. Results Compared with the cases before the implementation of hierarchical management, the frequency of unfavorable cases reduced greatly with hierarchical management; nursing quality assessment all improved significantly, the statistical significance is obvious（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical nursing management plays a positive role in reducing nursing defects, improving nursing quality and nursing service satisfaction, it is beneficial for taking full advantage of existing nursing human resources, ensuring nursing safety during completing nursing task, so as to meet the ultimate target of nursing management.
