奥曲肽治疗晚期胃癌的疗效分析

目的分析奥曲肽治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法收集该院2013年5月—2014年5月期间诊治的晚期胃癌患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表分组的方式分为试验组与对照组,每组患者各40例。对照组患者单纯采用5-Fu腹腔化疗,试验组患者在对照组的基础上加用奥曲肽治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示,试验组总有效率为77.5%,对照组治疗总有效率为45.0%,试验组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。通过对患者实施为期3年的随访发现,试验组生存率亦显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论奥曲肽治疗晚期胃癌具有良好的临床疗效,能有效提高患者的生存率,值得在临床应用上推广。

Analysis of curative effect of octreotide in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of octreotide in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Collected in our hospital in 2013May-2014 year in May during the diagnosis and treatment of patients with advanced gastric can-cer in 80 cases as the research object, using random number table grouping way divided into test group and control group, each of the 40 cases of patients. Patients in the control group treated with 5-Fuintraperitoneal chemotherapy, patients in experimental group with octreotide on the basis of the control group, comparative analysis of two groups of patientstreatment effect. Results The results showed the experimental group, the total efficiency is 77.5%, control group the total effective rate was 45%, significantly better than the therapeutic effect in test group patients in control group（P〈0.05）. Through the implementation of the patients with3 year follow-up showed that the survival rate of experimental group were significantly higher than that ofthe control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Octreotide in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has good clinical curative effect, can effectively improve the survival rate of patients, is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
