探索PICC在肿瘤患者长时间输注化疗药中的应用

目的探讨经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）在肿瘤患者长时间输注化疗药中的应用及护理干预效果。方法将该院2011年5月—2013年4月行PICC的肿瘤患者85例纳入该研究,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者加强健康教育。对比两组患者在PICC导管留置时间、并发症发生率等方面的差异性。结果对照组患者PICC导管留置时间（95.25±20.38）d,置管期间发生并发症10例。观察组患者PICC导管留置时间（112.54±25.63）d,置管期间发生并发症2例。与对照组对比,观察组患者PICC导管留置时间较长,组间差异经t检验后发现有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与对照组对比,观察组患者并发症发生率较低,组间差异经χ2检验后发现有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在肿瘤患者长时间输注化疗药中应用PICC技术可减轻患者痛苦,置管期间加强健康教育有助于延长导管留置时间,减少并发症,对改善肿瘤患者的生存质量有益。

Exploration of PICC in tumor patients with long time of infusion chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） transmission and application effect and nursing intervention infusionchemotherapy in tumor patients with long time. Methods In our hospital from 2011 May to 2013 April for PICC 85 tumor patients enrolled in the study, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control received the routine nursing care intervention group patients, strengthen the health education of patients in experimental group. Com-paring the two groups ofpatients with indwelling time, differences in complication rate and other aspects of the property in the PICC catheter. Results The control group of patients with PICC catheter indwelling time（95.25± 20.38） d, 10 cases of complications during intubation. The experimental group patients with PICC catheter time（112.54±25.63） d, 2 cases of complications during intubation. compared with the control group, the experimental group patients with PICC catheter indwelling time is longer, the differences between groups with t test were found to be statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the experimental group of patients witha low incidence of complications, the differences between groups by chi square test were found to be statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Infusion canalleviate the suffering of patients using PICC technology infusion chemotherapyin tumor patients in long time, catheterization period to strengthen health education is helpful to prolong the indwelling time, reduce the complications,beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients with tumor.
