内分泌失调性骨质疏松症综合治疗的临床分析

目的探析内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者的临床综合治疗效果,为内分泌失调性骨质疏松症的临床治疗提供借鉴意义。方法收集该院2012年5月—2014年5月160例内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者的临床资料,将其分为对照组（80例）和综合组（80例）,其中对照组进行常规药物治疗,综合组患者进行综合治疗,并对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析比较。结果对照组中内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者的临床治疗的总有效率77.5%（62/80）,综合组中患者的临床治疗总有效率97.5%（78/80）,其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床上采用综合治疗方式对内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者进行疾病治疗即给予性激素替代治疗、鲜鱼降钙素治疗、对症治疗相结合治疗,具有显著的临床治疗效果,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Analysis of Comprehensive Treatment In Endocrine Lost Tonal Osteoporosis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment in endocrine lost tonal osteoporosis, to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods To collect the clinical data of 160 cases of endocrine lost tonal osteoporosis from May 2012 to May 2014, they were divided into the control group（80 cases） and comprehensive group（80 cases）; the control group routine adapt drug therapy, while the comprehensive group carry the comprehensive treatment, and compare and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate endocrine lost tonal osteoporosis in the control group was77.5%（62/80）, the total clinical effective rate in the comprehensive group was 97.5%（78/80）, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients who with clinical endocrine tonal osteoporosis, the comprehensive treatment which contain sex hormone replacement therapy, fresh fish calcitar treatment, symptomatic treatment combination therapy, has significant clinical effect, safe and reliable, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
