骨科住院病人健康教育需求的调查分析

目的调查分析骨科住院病人对健康教育的需求情况。方法采用调查问卷形式分析患者需要的健康教育。结果骨科病人需要健康教育,疾病情况最关心有无并发症（79.4%）、治疗方法（74.9%）;术前知识中最关注术后效果（81.4%）、;术后知识中最需要了解的是功能锻炼（80.7%）、并发症的预防（76.8%）;出院后注意事项中最关注活动注意事项（84.6%）、功能锻炼（76.8%）。结论骨科病人应该根据患者情况分阶段进行健康教育。

Investigation and analysis of health education demand of patients hospital-ized in the Department of orthopedics

Objective To investigate and analyze the Department of orthopedicshospital patients needs for health education.Methods using questionnaire surveyanalysis of health education for patients in need of. Results the patients in the Department of orthopedics the need for health education and disease conditionsare most concerned about complications（79.4%）, treatment（74.9%）;preoperative knowledge in the most concerned about the effect after operation（81.4%）, postoperative knowledge; the most need to know is to exercise the function of prevention of complications（80.7%）,（76.8%）; after discharge note the most attention notes（84.6%）, functional exercise（76.8%）. Conclusion the patients in the Department of orthopedics should according to the conditions of patients in stages of health education.
