妊娠糖尿病规范治疗对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨妊娠合并糖尿病患者通过规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法抽取该院2009年1月—2014年1月收治的100例妊娠糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,对照组采用常规和保守方法治疗;观察组采用皮下注射胰岛素、饮食干预、健康宣教等规范化治疗;采用统计学方法对两组患者的妊娠结局进行分析。结果观察组患者妊高症、新生儿低血糖、早产、巨大儿、胎儿畸形发生率分别为12%、8%、6%、10%、6%,均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论妊娠糖尿病通过规范治疗,能够有效改善孕妇血糖水平,促进妊娠良好结局,值得在临床广泛推广。

Effect of gestational diabetes mellitus standard treatment on pregnancy outcome

Objective To explore the treatment effect on pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus by specification.Methods 100 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group, the control group using conventional and conservative treatment; the observation group uses the specification of subcutaneous injection of insulin, diet, health education intervention treatment using statistical methods; pregnancy outcome of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The observation group of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension, premature delivery, fetal macrosomia, neonatal hypoglycemia, the incidence of fetal malformations were 12%, 8%, 6%, 10%, 6%, were significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Pregnancy diabetes through standardized treatment, can effectively improve the blood glucose level of pregnant women, pregnancy outcome and promote good, worth in clin-ical promotion.
