护理不良事件原因分析及对策

目的对该三级甲等综合医院护理不良事件原因进行深入分析,探讨总结解决对策,减少和避免护理不良事件的发生。方法采取回顾性分析,将该院2013年1—12月发生后上报的98例护理不良事件作为研究对象。分析总结护理不良事件的特点,提出解决对策。结果 98例护理不良事件发生的主要诱因包括：未认真落实护理核心制度、护理管理不够科学化、护士资历尚浅、评估患者存在偏差、临床带教工作不够严谨等。结论为减少和避免护理不良事件的发生,护理部对现有制度进行了改良与完善,增强新护士培训的内容,提高护士的整体综合能力和水平。

Analysis and Countermeasures of Nursing Adverse Events

Objective Analyse the reason of nursing adverse events of a certain level of first-class comprehensive hospital （hereinafter referred to as a hospital）, summarize its countermeasures, reduce and prevent the occurrence of nursing adverse events. Methods Take retrospective analysis, a hospital from January 2013 to December 2013, after the report of 98 cases of nursing ad- verse events as the research object.Analysis, authors summarize the characteristics of nursing adverse events, countermeasures are put forward.Results 98 cases of nursing major cause of adverse events include： not earnestly implement the core system, scientific management is not enough, junior nurses, there is a deviation patient evaluation and clinical teaching work not rigorous, etc.Conclusion In order to reduce and prevent the occurrence of nursing adverse events, the nursing department has carried on the improvement and perfection of existing system, enhance the content of the new nurse training, improv,e the comprehensive level of nurses.
