摘    要:目的研究临床休克患者实施参麦注射液的治疗效果及血流动力学的变化。方法采用随机数字表法将2013年3月—2014年3月于该院就诊的100例休克患者随机分为两组,实验组采用抗休克常规治疗,对照组在抗休克常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注参麦注射液,比较两种治疗方法的临床疗效及血流动力学指标变化。结果治疗3 d后,实验组总有效率为96.0%对照组总有效率为78.0%,实验组优于对照组,具有显著性统计学差异(P〈0.01),两组在心率、心排出量及左心射血分数上具有显著性统计学差异(P〈0.01),心脏指数差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论静脉注射参麦注射液治疗休克疗效显著,值得临床进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective To change the implementation of the therapeutic effect of Shenmai Injection on the hemodynamics and clinical research of shock patients.Methods Using the random number table method to divide randomly 100 cases of patients with shock from March to 2014 in 2013 March in our hospital into two groups, the experimental group used routine treatment control group, anti shock,anti shock vein in the conventional treatment based on the drip of Shen Mai injection, clinical curative effect and the change of hemodynamics indexcomparison of two treatment method. Results After 3D treatment, the experimental group, the total effective rate was 96% in control group, the total effective rate was 78%, the experimental group was better than that of the eontrolgroup, with statistically significant difference (P〈0.01), the two groups in heart rate, cardiac output and left ventrieular ejection fraction has a statistically significant difference (P〈0.01) and cardiac index has a statistically significant difference (P〈0.05); Conehltsion intravenous injection of Shenmai injection in the treatment of shock effect is significant, worthy of further clinical promotion.
