阴式筋膜内子宫全切除术

目的 通过对经阴道子宫全切除术的术式的改进，减少阴式子宫切除术的危险及手术并发症，使阴式子宫切除术能够得到广泛开展。方法 我们对１９９４年以来在我院接受改良式经阴道子宫切除术的５９例患者的手术及术后情况进行分析，并与同期进行的膜式子宫切除术进行比较。结果 ５９例患者的术中出血、手术时间及术后病率、术后恢复与腹式子宫全切除术无差异。其中有１２例同时接受盆底修补术，无１例发生手术及术后并发症。结论 研究表明我院开展的改良阴式子宫切除术减少了阴式子宫切除术的手术危险及难度，易掌握及推广。

Trans-vaginal intra-fascial total hysterectomy: a report of 59 cases

Objective To im prove the surgical method of trans vagin al intra fascial total hysterectomy and reduce the risks and complications of th is openation.Methods Fif ty nine patients who underwent this surger y for benign diseases of uterus were inv estigated and compared with 46 patients who underwent trans peritoneal total hys terectomy in the same period from 1994 o nwards.Results The durat ion of operation,the blood loss in opera tion,and the postoperative recovery in t he two groups were similar.Twelve of the se 59 patients also went through pelvic floor repair;no complication was noted.Conclusion The improved t rans vaginal intra fascial total hystere ctomy is easy to learn and perform with less operational hazards and low risk of complications.
