| 摘 要： | 目的分析中国80～105岁高龄老人的健康状况。方法本研究使用"中国老年人口健康状况调查研究"纵向调查项目2002～2005年资料,通过多状态生命表法计算自理健康期望寿命和自评健康期望寿命等指标。结果中国80～91岁年龄组高龄老人在自我照料方面尚处于较好水平,但其自评健康反映的综合健康状况方面的水平较差,具有很大的改善空间;92～105岁年龄组的高龄老人在自我照料和综合健康状况两方面均比较差。结论中国高龄老人的健康状况具有城乡和性别差异。
