| 摘 要： | 本文观察了28例先心病儿童胸腺常规组织形态变化,用免疫组化方法对成熟胸腺细胞进行了标记。发现其胸腺常较早发生退化且成熟胸腺细胞在幼儿常发育不完善。本文就其和患儿易发生上呼吸道感染的关系进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | We observed the routine morphologic changes of the thymus from Children havng congenital heart diseases (28 cases) and the maturing thymocytes were labelled in those spe cimen by using immunohistochemical methed (ABC methed). It was found that the thymus glands be to always had the early involution and the maturing thymocytes would not be develop completely in the younger children. The relationship between these changes and the occurence of upper respiratory infection in children wes discussed |
