Orem自理理论在老年慢性精神病人整体护理中的应用研究

目的 探讨Orem自理模式在老年慢性精神病人整体护理中的应用,以促进老年病人康复,提高病人日常自理能力与社会功能.方法 采用田维才(1990年)提供住院精神病人康复评定量表,分别对住院病人应用Orem自理理论前、后的康复疗效进行评定,数据采用SPSS 11.5的配对设计的数据秩和检验统计分析.结果 应用Orem自理理论前、后病人的康复疗效有显著性差异.结论 应用Orem自理理论能有效地帮助病人恢复自理能力、提高社会功能、缓解阴性精神症状.

Application of Orem self - arrangement theory in whole nursing to old chronic psychopaths

Objective To discuss application of the Orem self-arrangement theory in whole nursing to old chronic psychopaths so as to promote their rehabilitation and improve their daily self - arrangement ability and social function. Methods Applied scale for assessing inpatients with psychosis provided by Tian Weicai (1990 year) and assessed these patients'rehabilitative effect by using the Orem self- arrangement theory. Results The rehabilitative effect had remarkable differences between before and after using the Orem self - arrangement theory. Conclusion Using the Orem seLf - arrangement theory could effectively help patients to recover self - arrangement ability, improve social function and slow down negative psychic symptoms.
