外周血CD146在诊断2型糖尿病患者微血管病变中的临床应用

目的探讨外周血CD146在诊断2型糖尿病患者微血管病变中的临床应用。方法选择2型糖尿病患者69例,按是否合并微血管病变,分为无微血管病变组(NDC组,29例)、合并视网膜病变组(DR组,19例)、合并肾病组(DN组,21例),同期选择健康体检者20例为对照组,检测4组外周血CD146(ELISA法)、糖化血红蛋白(高效液相色谱法)和尿微量白蛋白(U-MAlb,散射比浊法)的水平。结果 DR组和DN组患者CD146、U-MAlb水平均显著高于对照组和NDC组(P<0.01),线性相关性分析DN组CD146与U-MAlb呈正相关。结论 2型糖尿病微血管病变患者外周血CD146水平明显升高,可用于了解2型糖尿病微血管病变的情况。

Clinical application of CD146 to diagnosis of microvessel diseases in type 2 diabetes patients

Objective To study the clinical application of blood CD146 to diagnosis of microvessel diseases in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods Sixty-nine patients with type-2 diabetes were en- rolled and were divided into without microvessel disease group,complicated with retinopathy group and complicated with nephropathy group.Twenty healthy examinees served as control group.The value of CD146 was determined with ELISA and urine microalbumin (U-MAlb) with scttering nephelometry.Results The level of CD146 was (297.79±95.34) μg/L vs (379.48± 101.76) μg/L and U-MAlb (25.54±11.37) mg/L vs (96.66±14.43) mg/L in patients compli- cated with retinopathy and complicated with nephropathy respectively,and both indices were sig- nificantly different (P<0.01) from those in control group CD146 (187.32±71.93) μg/L, U-MAlb(6.63±3.10) mg/L] and without microvessel diseases group CD146 (194.05±83.11) μg/L,U-MAlb(7.09±4.41)mg/L].There was positive correlation between CD146 and U MAlb in nephropathy group.Conclusion The level of CD146 was increased in type 2 diabetes patients with microvessel diseases.
