844例公务员脂肪肝患病率及超声诊断分析

目的：探讨公务员脂肪肝发病率及超声诊断意义。方法：对844例公务员经身高、体重、血压、心电图、血脂、血糖、血、尿酸检查后，重点用B超检查肝、胆、脾并进行性别、年龄、脂肪肝组与非脂肪肝组比较，结果：不同性别、年龄对发病无明显关系，45岁以上中、老年人发病均高于平均人的发病率，本组脂肪肝患者占21．9％。结论：B超诊断脂肪肝特异性较高准确率达89．5％，脂肪肝易发生于特定年龄、特定人群，脂肪肝与工作、饮食结构密切相关。

The Incidence of Fatty Liver in 844 Civilian Officials and Ultrasonic Diagnosis Value for the Disease

Objective:To evaluate the incident of fatty liver and the meaning of the ultrasonic diagnosis.Methods: The height,weight,blood pressure,electrocardiogram,blood fat,blood sugar,blood route,and uric acid of 844 government office workers were checked.The workers were divided into different groups of certain sex,age,fatty or non fatty liver.Results: The difference of sex and age had no obvious connection with the sickness rate of fatty liver.But the people over the age of 45 had higher attack rate averagely than others.There were 29% patients with fatty liver in this group.Conclusion: The accuracy rate of ultrasonic diagnosis on the specificity of fatty liver is 89.5% and the disease of fatty liver is easy to develope in the groups of some certain people or the people of certain age.And it has close relation with some certain diseases.
