| 摘 要： | 目的研究奥氮平合并碳酸锂与氟哌啶醇合并碳酸锂治疗躁狂发作的疗效及安全性。方法将72例躁狂发作患者随机分为两组,其中奥氮平组和氟哌啶醇组各36例,进行为期6周的对照研究,采用躁狂量表和不良反应症状量表评定疗效及安全性。结果奥氮平组与氟哌啶醇组疗效相当(P>0.05),而奥氮平组副作用明显少于氟哌啶醇组。结论奥氮平合并碳酸锂是治疗躁狂发作安全有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy and side effects of olanzapine combined with lithium in the treatment of mania episode. Methods Seventy-two patients with mania episode were randomly assigned to receiving olanzapine or haloperidol both combined with lithium for 6 weeks. The efficacy and safety were evaluated with Bech-rafaelsen mania rating scale(BRMS) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) respectively. Results In both groups , total scores of BRMS were significantly reduced from baseline,and there were no singnifcant differences between two groups (p>0.05). However , olanzapine group had fewer side effects than haloperdol.Conclusion Olanzapine combined with lithium is safe and effective in treatment of mania epsiode . |
