选择性输卵管造影和再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症

目的 探讨自制导管系统治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床价值、疗效。方法 对69例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者采用自制导管作SSG和FTR术。术后常规口服抗生素3d，连续通液治疗4个月经周期。结果 69例中经常规子宫输卵管造影发现110条输卵管不通，其中有97条被疏通，再通率88.2％。插管成功率为100％。间质部与峡部阻塞复通成功率95．7％，壶腹部阻塞复通成功率60．0％，漏斗部及伞端阻塞复通成功率0％。术后随访6～12个月，受孕率47．8％。未发生严重并发症。结论 用自制导管系统行选择性输卵管造影与再通术操作简便、费用低，是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

The theraphy of infertility with selective salpinography and fallopiontube recanalization

Objective To explore the clinical value and effect on tr ea tment of oviduct obstructive infertility with home-made catheter. Methods sixt y-nine cases of oviduct obstructive infertility were performed selective salpi ngography and recanalization .After operation ,antibiotic was taken regularly fo r 3 days and drug irrigation in uterine cavity was performed continually for fou r menstrual cycles.Results In 69 patients,110 oviducts were confirmed jam throug h regular salpingography. Of which 97 were successfully recanalized.The percenta ge of recanalization was 88.2% .The rate of successful catheterization was 100 % .In uterine part and isthmus part, the rate of recanalization was 95.7% . In ampulla part, the rate of successful was 60% , and infundibular part and fimbr ia part was 0% . All cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months, the rate of pre gnant was 47.8% , and no serious complication was found. Conclusion Selective s alpingography and recanalization are simple, cheap,safe,and effective procedure with micro-catheter.
