| Abstract: | Combining practice as a teaching secretary, this paper reviewed some of experience related to being a good teaching secretary of basic medical course. The essential viewpoint including devotion to teaching, cooperative and reasonable arrangement of teaching, attaching importance to teaching information and examination as well as taking part in teaching reform were discussed. |
