摘    要:[目的]探讨10类17种除草剂对雄性大鼠睾丸的生殖毒性。[方法]按照GB 15670-1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》对SD大鼠进行17种除草剂亚慢性经口毒性试验,观察睾丸重量、睾丸脏体系数、组织病理学指标并对结果进行单因素方差分析。[结果]芳氧苯氧丙酸类、三嗪类除草剂试验组睾丸重量、睾丸脏体系数与对照组比较具有显著性差异,芳氧苯氧丙酸类的精喹禾灵、高效氟吡甲禾灵病理组织学检查显示睾丸有明显形态学改变。[结论]芳氧苯氧丙酸类除草剂对雄性大鼠睾丸的损伤作用较大。

Abstract:[Objective]To study reproductive toxicity of 17 species of herbicides scattered in 10 categories on testes of mice.[Methods]According to GB 15670-1995"Toxicological test methods of pesticides for registration"subchronic toxicity test on 17 species of herbicides was conducted in SD mice through esophagus garage.After the test,testes were weighed,the organ coefficients of testes were calculated,pathological changes were observed and the consequences were analyzed.[Results]There were significant differences in weight of testes and the organ coefficients of testes in aryloxyphenoxypropionic and chlorotriazine herbicides treatment groups compared with the control.Evident pathological morphological changes were observed in haloxyfop-P- methyl and quizalofop-P-ethyl herbicides of the aryloxyphenoxypropionic category.[Conclusion]The damage on testes of male mice by aryloxyphenoxypropionic herbicide is evident.
