微波制备中药籽药熨袋的研制及应用

目的　探索药熨袋的制备方法。方法　将 60例腹部手术患者随机分为两组 ,采用微波制备药熨袋法为实验组 3 0例 ,运用炒药制备药熨袋法为对照组 3 0例 ,观察两组药熨袋制备时间和听诊药熨前后肠鸣音并记录次数。结果　两组药熨袋制备时间比较 ,经t检验有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,实验组药熨前后听诊腹部肠鸣音 ,t检验有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;对照组药熨前后听诊腹部肠鸣音 ,经t检验有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,两组第一次排气时间比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　两组药熨均达到治疗效果 ,微波制备药熨袋法可取代传统锅炒制备中药药熨袋

The development and application of Chineseherbal seed pack prepared under microwave

ObjectiveTo probe into the methodsto prepare Chineseherbal seed pack for hot medicated compress.Methods60 patients with belly operation were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 in one experimental group receiving treatment with Chineseherbal seed pack prepared under microwave and the other 30 in control group receiving hot medicated compress with fried Chinese herbal seed pack. The preparation time of both packages and intestinal peristaltic sounds at their use were recorded.ResultsThe time spans for both pack's preparation were significantlyunequal by t test ( P <0.01). In the experimental group, intestinal peristaltic sounds before and after treatment with hot medicated compress with seed pack prepared under microwave were significant in differences by t test ( P <0.01), so was it with the control group ( P <0.01). Comparison of the first exsufflation between the groups showed no significance in difference ( P >0.05).ConclusionIn both groups, the treatment by hot medicated compress reached curative effects. It shows Chineseherbal seed pack prepared under microwave can take the place of traditional Chineseherbal seed pack prepared by frying.
